Field Surveyors and Revenue Inspectors use the same Property Survey login page.

  1. Open Surveyor / RI Login on the main website.मुख्य वेबसाइट पर Surveyor / RI Login खोलें।
  2. Select Revenue Inspector.Revenue Inspector चुनें।

Selecting Field Surveyor opens the field app; Revenue Inspector opens the RI review portal.

A first-time login may require this before the dashboard opens.

  1. Enter the temporary password.अस्थायी पासवर्ड भरें।

  1. Open Menu → My Assignments or bottom Assignments.Menu → My Assignments या नीचे Assignments खोलें।
  2. When multiple wards are assigned, select the required Ward tab.एक से अधिक वार्ड होने पर सही Ward टैब चुनें।
  3. Review Assigned Property Summary by property category.संपत्ति श्रेणी के अनुसार Assigned Property Summary जाँचें।
  4. Review Matched Property Summary, including New/Unmatched.Matched Property Summary और New/Unmatched जाँचें।
  5. Tap Refresh if recent data is missing.नया डेटा न दिखे तो Refresh दबाएँ।

5 Survey queues and filters सर्वे क्यू और फ़िल्टर

  1. Pending Surveys contains Pending RI Approval and Data Mismatch work.Pending Surveys में Pending RI Approval और Data Mismatch कार्य होता है।
  2. Approved, Revisit Assigned and Rejected show their corresponding outcomes.Approved, Revisit और Rejected में संबंधित निर्णय दिखते हैं।

  1. Check Ward, Zone, Field Surveyor and Survey Method.Ward, Zone, Field Surveyor और Survey Method जाँचें।

8 Review every unit and evidence हर यूनिट और साक्ष्य जाँचें

  1. Confirm Unit Status and Occupancy.Unit Status और Occupancy जाँचें।
  2. Check Owner, Mobile, Property Usage and Establishment.Owner, Mobile, Property Usage और Establishment जाँचें।
  3. Verify ANN, Jalkal and electricity identifiers against evidence.ANN, Jalkal और electricity ID को साक्ष्य से मिलाएँ।
  4. Open the unmatched photo and every document.Unmatched फोटो और हर दस्तावेज़ खोलें।

10 Final status rules अंतिम स्थिति के नियम

Pending RI Approval

At least one unit has no decision. / किसी यूनिट का निर्णय बाकी है।

Approved

Every unit is Approved. / सभी यूनिट Approved हैं।

Re-Survey Required

Any unit has Re-Survey Required; it is assigned to the original surveyor. / मामला मूल सर्वेयर को वापस जाता है।

Rejected

No revisit exists and at least one unit is Rejected. / Revisit न हो और कोई यूनिट Rejected हो।

Data Mismatch

All units reviewed, but not all Approved, with no Re-Survey or Reject priority. / सभी reviewed पर सभी Approved नहीं।

Audit history

  1. Open Unmatched Properties from Menu, Stats or Quick Actions.Menu, Stats या Quick Actions से सूची खोलें।

  3. Check survey/unit, owner, usage, mobile, map and status.सर्वे/यूनिट, owner, usage, mobile, map और status जाँचें।

  1. Open Help & Support or Raise Ticket; include Survey No. and a clear issue.Survey No. और स्पष्ट समस्या लिखें।
  2. My Profile shows Name, Role, Assigned Wards and linked Field Surveyors.My Profile में नाम, भूमिका, वार्ड और संबद्ध सर्वेयर देखें।
  3. Use Change Password when needed.आवश्यक होने पर Change Password उपयोग करें।
  4. Logout after work, especially on a shared device.काम के बाद, विशेषकर साझा डिवाइस पर, Logout करें।
The current Help form displays a configuration message. If a ticket is not recorded, contact the administrator with the Survey No.

Troubleshooting समस्या समाधान

Survey not visible

Clear filters, check the correct queue, ward and assigned surveyor.

Decision will not save

Select a valid decision; add remarks for mismatch, revisit or reject.

Still Pending

One or more units still has no RI decision.

Map is blank

Check internet and reload; report missing geometry.
इंटरनेट जाँचें और geometry न हो तो रिपोर्ट करें।

Evidence will not open

Reload, note the unit and report it; do not approve blindly.

Wrong assignment

Do not review outside scope; contact the administrator.
